1. WP ManagerDX 3.12 release.

- Added support for WP 3.0.
- Fixed some cron job related to upgrading plugins within
the blog's admin area.

2. Hostgator users.

- Possible solution for the connection error when trying to
install a blog. The following worked for some users and myself
that have a reseller account at hostgator.

Unzip the php.zip archive that came with the wpmdx package
and upload php.ini file to your /wpmanager files on your
host.
